One of Cebu’s most popular town is Argao, a first class municipality. The town was believed to be established as pueblo in the year 1608. In 2008, they avidly celebrated their 400th year with festivities and fireworks. The ‘08 feast was celebrated for nine straight days with Pitlagong Festival, a celebration known for its dance competition as one of its highlights.
